More than a supplier.

Securinex was established to help public security and safety organisations obtain timely, accurate information and the systems to act on it. At customer request the portfolio was extended to include systems integration, training, technical support, procurement, consultancy and construction.

In the next phase of its evolution, Securinex has begun investing in projects and intends to deliver lasting impact through Public-Private Partnerships. The aim is to be a strategic partner rather than a vendor — bringing effective solutions to complex problems across search and rescue, crisis management and homeland security.

Nearly 90% of our work comes from clients and relationships built in previous years, which is the clearest measure of how we work. With experience across virtually every area of national safety and security, and most Nigerian public safety organisations, we are established experts in our field.

Leadership

Eli El Khazen

Managing Director

Eli studied Mechanical Engineering at McGill University and has spent nearly three decades in Nigeria and West Africa leading major telecommunications infrastructure deployments and the integration of advanced technology and security solutions. As a founder of Securinex, he established it to develop and domesticate technology for Nigeria’s public safety and security organisations. Drawing on this experience, he has cultivated strong relationships with international and regional organisations, broadening Securinex’s partnerships and reach.

John Bisseru

Director — Operations

John graduated in Politics, Philosophy & Economics before being commissioned from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. He subsequently worked for the UK government on communications and information capabilities. John has over 30 years in the security and technology fields and has led projects in South Asia, East and West Africa, including Nigeria, delivering complex training, integration, engineering and technical support programmes.

Rear Admiral (Ret'd) F.O.Y. Sanusi

Director — Government Relations

A graduate of the Nigerian Naval College, Fatah Olanrewaju Sanusi rose to the rank of Rear Admiral in a distinguished career recognised with numerous honours and awards, retiring in 2023. He held senior communications, policy, fleet operations and command appointments across the Nigerian Navy and the wider defence and intelligence community, and brings deep institutional knowledge and trusted relationships to Securinex.

General Wesley Clark

Advisor — Strategy & Development

General Clark graduated valedictorian from West Point and was a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford University. He concluded his career as Supreme Allied Commander Europe (SACEUR) for NATO, leading Operation Allied Force during the 1999 Kosovo conflict. A four-star general with 34 years of service, he was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the highest civilian honour in the United States.

Lord Daniel Brennan KC

Advisor — International Relations

Lord Brennan was appointed to the UK House of Lords in 2000. An international legal practitioner holding the rank of King's Counsel, he served on the UK Parliament's Committee for National Security Strategy. He also chaired Global Financial Integrity, the Washington-based think tank. A former Chairman of the Bar of England and Wales, he has practised for more than five decades, specialising in international law, arbitration and the liability of multinational enterprises. He has advised major clients across Europe, Asia and South America.
